We asked Raholia from Mostly Harmless Alliance (MHA), who is a member of the transitional Senate, since they are switching from a Senate to a Triumvirate system, The Phoenix Federation’s (TPF) Quiz, Minister of Internal Affairs, and Atlantis’s Vercingetorix of Foreign Affairs.

SkyGreenChick: What does it take to bring up an alliance to sanction?

Raholia: Well, it takes a lot of hard work and organization. We need people working on recruitment so we have a steady flow of members coming in. We need people on PR so we get our name out there. We also need bankers and all that jazz to help the new members coming in. Organization plays a HUGE roll. Just making sure everything is working right and smoothly helps a lot.

SkyGreenChick: Now that MHA is sanctioned, what are MHA’s goals and plans for the near future?

Raholia: Well, we’re going to focus on getting our government system up and running. We’re almost done with that. Once we finish that, we’re going to work on our average NS. Get that thing higher. And, I’d say, we’re just going to have fun and keep on doing what we usually do.

SkyGreenChick: What does it take to bring up an alliance to sanction?

Vercingetori: It takes a fantastic staff in the internal affairs department. We have some great people working in recruiting and educating new members, as well as devoted banks and a great tech market. That internal growth was crucial.

SkyGreenChick: Now that your main goal of sanction is achieved, what’s Atlantis’s next goal?

Vercingetorix: Well, the sanction was a reward more than a goal. We’ve always wanted to grow and prosper on our own path, and we’re excited that it has brought us this level of recognition, but I don’t see our path changing because of it.

SkyGreenChick: What does it take to bring up an alliance to sanction?

Quiz: To bring an alliance to sanction requires several things - the most important being a good leader, an active and dedicated member base and obviously the capacity to meet the requirements which mandate the sanction in the first place. To elaborate - if your leader is poor, then your alliance is doomed to failure. This is apparent in some of the more democratically aligned alliance in the game…one fine example of which is the CDS. After Selectus was inaugurated as Prime Minister, they crumbled…despite the fact that they had several excellent leaders prior to his appointment - more notably Rambo and iLLUSi0N.

Without an active member base, not only will you not meet the sanction requirement of activity, but you’ll also have trouble raising your NS and spreading aid when necessary. You’ll likewise have trouble fighting wars, which could prove fatal if your alliance doesn’t have enough spine to support itself. And obviously, your alliance as a whole has to be able to meet the necessary sanction requirements…otherwise it won’t be registered in-game.

Oh yeah, you’ll also want to avoid pissing off the New Pacific Order. You don’t want to piss anyone off, but especially not them.

SkyGreenChick: Now that TPF is a sanctioned alliance, what are the new goals?

Quiz: Well, foremost we want to maintain our existing friendships such as those found in the Continuum…all of them are dedicated and incredibly loyal allies. We’re proud to be a part of such an organization.
Our goals as a whole, however, are fairly ambiguous. Primarily, we just want to enjoy the game and the company it brings.
Frankly, being sanctioned wasn’t so much as a goal as it was a monument to all of the friends that have supported us in the past and present - both externally and internally.There’s absolutely no way we would exist right now without their backing. For that, we are eternally grateful.

We would usually put flags here but we are currently moving servers to serve you better so we cannot.

So far they have 10 members, and it looks like they are multicolored alliances, unless they will switch the teams.

TGE is supporting TAHE and a protectorate has been signed. We asked Kaiser Frederick II, the TGE leader, a few questions regarding TAHE, since they were part of Prussia just recently.

1. How do you feel about TAHE formation?

I personally believe that The Austro-Hungarian Empire will grow to great heights under Imperial Guidance, however it is our job that we help guide them on this path.

2. Are you not afraid that they [TAHE] will turn their backs on you, like they did on Prussia?

I do not fear that they will turn their backs on us, I trust them greatly. They were sheep who were misguided by a incompetent leader, who lead them to their almost certain destruction. I find it as a personal Mission to help guide them to a greater state.

3. Will TAHE be a puppet of TGE, since your flags are similar, you took them under you wing, etc?
The Austro-Hungarian Empire will not be a Puppet State, but its own Independent, Sovereign Nation. The only thing which The German Empire Plays in Imperial Austrian Politics is the Approval of Treaties it signs. I only wish to help rebuild The Austro-Hungarian Empire, and make them stable, and aware we are friends who wish to help them. The Flags show the Unity and Brotherhood which we both share. A Bond which hopefully will never be broken.

The German Empire and Prussia had fought a short, but brutal war. The fight started on January 14^th, and TGE claimed a victory over victory over Otto von Bismarck and the rest of Prussia yesterday. There were a number of reasons for the war, mainly reloving around Prussian leader Otto von Bismarck, among which were: threatening, conspiracy to get TPF to attack TGE, and recruiting TGE members to Prussia.Few days ago, VladDracula, TGE Reichkanzler, commented about the war. “The Prussian leader is in anarchy as is most of Prussia. There have been a handful of surrenders to date, we expect more in the near future. Morale for the German troops is very high as they see a swift victory on the horizon.” His prediction was correct and now TGE is emerging as a greater military power and on its way to rebuilding.

Soviet Sindorin is infamous for his theatrics of threatening the NPO and then switching to peace mode or apologizing and groveling to them. Below is a quote directly from the statement of The Brotherhood of Nod.

With the seemingly unstoppable growth of The New Pacific Order across the Globe, most of it occurring in alliances who are unawares of the true Pacifican agenda, our time has come. There is no evidence to Soviet Sindorin’s claims, and as it appears now, this is an elaborate publicity stunt by someone who is obsessed with doing whatever he can to make the NPO look evil. And because of his actions, he actually does the exact opposite.

Most likely, this is just a publicity stunt, for someone who has nothing better to do.
