Browncoats re-signs GPA DoN
The Browncoats (BC) alliance has officially resigned the Green Protection Agency’s (GPA) Declaration of Neutrality. The alliance says they think that GPA is on the right track again, like many alliances have said in the past few days.
It seems many alliances are now coming back and signing the GPA DoN or re-affirming their previous signatures.

So did they resign, as in “to leave from it,” or re-sign, as in “to sign again” ?
